We will discuss the scope and needs of your project during the discovery phase of your project. Communication from both sides is key!

Do I have to print the design with Cracked Ego?

While we think we are pretty stellar, you are not obligated to print your newly-created custom artwork through Cracked Ego.

Who owns the artwork?

We will discuss terms during the discovery phase; however, in most cases, when a design is purchased you are buying the rights to distribute the artwork as needed.

​Clients will always have full use of their logos within a design or illustration.

​In select cases, a use fee may be applied to any future orders and will be determined by referencing the latest edition of THE GRAPHIC ARTISTS GUILD HANDBOOK: PRICING & ETHICAL GUIDELINES

What is your process?

1. You reach out to us through our quote page or through email.

2. We get back to you within 2 business days.

3. We will have a meeting where scope, timelines, creative direction, revision rounds, and final pricing will be agreed upon. Full-Payment is required before we begin any creative work on a custom project.

4. A draft is created and sent to you. At this point we can meet and discuss major issues or work through things by call, email, or in-person meeting. 

5. You are super happy and decide to move forward. We create the final piece and get it to you for final approval.

6. After final approval, you will be provided with the agreed upon files or, if Cracked Ego is printing your project, we will move on to the print production phase. ​

How do I pay?

You will be sent a lined invoice with the price agreed upon during the quote phase. A 50% deposit is required to begin your project.
